Stopped in for some tea after a walk. The drive thru was very busy but there were relatively few people inside..so I grabbed a seat. I was able to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while enjoying my drink. Will definitely stop in again!

I walked in having a very hard day and was immediately greeted by the staff (which never happens at the Starbucks in germantown) the staff was so nice and friendly and knew I was I having a hard day and made my day by the greeting and sweet small talk and asking me if I was ok. Thanks!

A national brand is only as good as the people who show up to work there. Elizabeth and team are great at that they do. It’s the best Starbucks in town!

My experience there today was sad. My first time coming to this location and it was disappointing. Ordered a small drink to wait at least 10-15 minutes of course the dodo female didn’t have my name on it which made the wait longer.

I placed a mobile order. When I went to pick it up I saw the coolest cup I was so excited to buy. Stood at the counter for a solid minute, four employees and not a single one acknowledged me. Now in the middle of a hectic rush I would be more understanding, that's why I do mobile order. However there were maybe three cars in like and one or two other guests in the store. RIP to the cup I'll never have
