“Very cozy and well-run SCC location.
Parking: Limited amount of spots in the parking lot that wraps around the building to the north and east off of Watertown Plank. The lot is also shared with the other businesses in this building so parking can fill up quickly.“

“Visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this place. The coffee was great, and my daughter described her scone as "the best thing she ever ate." Also important to note that everyone who works here is friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to help me find a coveted souvenir. Highly recommend.
Kid-friendliness: Gave a free sticker to my daughter and had coloring books and crayons for free on the table“

“Cranky Al’s was our dessert choice for our wedding and WOW, they did not disappoint! We started with a quick meeting with Joey where he asked about our favorite candy, donut flavors and wedding colors. From there he curated the perfect mix and helped us choose from one of their beautiful donut stands. Joey and his team handled drop off and pick up which made the process seamless. Cranky Al’s donuts were the HIT of our wedding and we cannot thank you enough! Kaylee & Brian“

“I walked in having a very hard day and was immediately greeted by the staff (which never happens at the Starbucks in germantown) the staff was so nice and friendly and knew I was I having a hard day and made my day by the greeting and sweet small talk and asking me if I was ok. Thanks!“
“Delicious food in hip and quiet space. Service was polite and friendly but a little off in terms of timing and skill (entrees arrived about thirty seconds after soup was served - we had asked for soups to be served prior to entrees. Too many interruptive questions about whether we needed anything/ were enjoying our meals. Sloppy wine pour - several drops on the table with each glass.) I'll go back again because I love the food and the vibe and I believe the service will improve with experience.“

“just wanted to give a shout out to this location. I made the mistake of ordering ahead at the wrong location and the barista willingly made me my drink and despite my error. On top of that, she wrote a nice message on my cup. She didnt know it, but I was having a bad morning so she made my day. I'm sorry I didnt get your name but thank your for being so kind.“

“Like others have said, the bread and pastries are great. But the flow of ordering and getting drinks and food is bad. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks. Our sandwiches came out after about 10 minutes. We found seats outside and finished the food and went back to look for our drinks, and they still weren’t ready. They have people milling around, but almost nobody directly helping a customer. You just pay the cashier, then wait for someone to eventually call your name. It seems very disorganized. And if you happen to go to the farmers market where they have a stand, note that the bread is marked up by $2 over the bakery price, and yes, they still ask for tips on their little payment screen.“

“5 stars all around. Good coffee and snacks for the parents and tons of stuff for our 3yo and 1yo to do. the worst part of the visit was telling the kids we had to leave! this place really took care to make sure that all the bases were covered - diaper changing stations, plenty of toys to go around, diapers/wipes if you ran out. will be going back here for sure.“
