Burger King in Milwaukee

“Not many burger kings get a 5 star but this one definitely does. There was only 2 people working the gentleman with dreadlocks working regiater and drive-thru was so polite and respectful very wonderful he even brought us our food. The person working the food line was fantastic and got the orders out quickly. The food tastes fresh better than any burger king I've ever had. Will definitely come to this one only from now on“

“Honestly I love BK after a night out. I went around 2am last night. Usually there are small mistakes, nothing major, sometimes they forget napkins etc. Sometimes though I have to double check because they might forget an item. Usually it's handled right away and very professionally. Today a young man. I didn't catch his name. He was a slim Puerto Rican gentleman. He came to the window and asked me for my order number. He went back inside, looked at the order receipt, bagged all my items and made sure to give everything correctly including napkins! I had to write a review because I believe it deserves recognition as when I go other times, things don't run as smooth. I was so happy and I enjoyed my chicken sandwich! Amazing service! Also the food was really fresh! Really all staff deserve a praise. However the one that attended me was the gentleman I mentioned. 10/10“

“There were only 3 employees that I saw but they were very efficient l was impressed by how fast they took orders from both the counter and the drive thru, made and served them. The food was really good for a Burger King! The staff were really busy but they would stop when a customer needed them and they were so friendly with the customers in spite of how busy they were, hard they were working. They kept the restaurant very clean. A really impressive crew!“

We Always order the trios and duos, along with the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches.
It's all fresh, made to order, & orders are correct. Good management right now, for sure. Understandable & polite drive thru. The one manager is cool and staff deserves a raise.
Price is great!
P.s. we've had one bad experience where a worker got an attitude because He messed up our order. The sandwiches were 2 for $5 and because I didn't say that (according to him & was told to say what I mean smh) he charged me full price for each. Didn't go back for a few weeks due to that. But we work third and usually deal with one of the managers who is great . Not too many places are open 24 hrs that serve breakfast & dinner @ a reasonable price .“

“I have never met a worker who I could tell she loved her job and makes ever customer feel like they are the only one until yesterday I was honored to meet Peaches. I had messed up my mobile order and she went above and beyond to make things right even tho it was my error. I hope you keep her on your staff because she is 1 in a million.“

“Listen, I am one to run to reviews to express my dissatisfaction. But TODAY! Huge thank you to the crew on MLK between 8;45pm and about 9 today. Thank you for caring enough to cook and serve food the way you would want. You can taste it. Attention to detail, hot food, and cold items cold. Fries and onions, perfect. “My girlfriend and I went through the drive-thru this past Saturday after several hours on the road, and both of us are in agreement that this was by far the best BK experience we've ever had. Other than the short wait in line, which I can certainly excuse, the food was freshly made to perfection and the staff (sorry, I didn't catch their name) was super nice! 5 stars, would absolutely go again.“

“Staff works fast and efficiently. I'm never in line more then 10 mins. Menu is limited because it's a university Burger King, but it has what I like. Hours differ from what's posted on here, and they are only open sometimes during breaks.“

“We went in today and a guy named Brandon behind the counter had great customer service. He went above and beyond since we walked in, he greeted us and got our order, the food was good and fast. As we were leaving he gave our little girls crowns and was very nice to them. He was working all over the place making sure everything was good and that’s unsual for fast food service!“
