Burger King in Milwaukee

“Not many burger kings get a 5 star but this one definitely does. There was only 2 people working the gentleman with dreadlocks working regiater and drive-thru was so polite and respectful very wonderful he even brought us our food. The person working the food line was fantastic and got the orders out quickly. The food tastes fresh better than any burger king I've ever had. Will definitely come to this one only from now on“

“Not going lie first time in long time I went in and not to bad everything fr last time is like a whole different BK good service good food the vibes 👌 not going lie I thought it was going to be like last time were they didn't get my food right they had me wait in line and got my order wrong that was a while ago I can honestly say they changed. “There were only 3 employees that I saw but they were very efficient l was impressed by how fast they took orders from both the counter and the drive thru, made and served them. The food was really good for a Burger King! The staff were really busy but they would stop when a customer needed them and they were so friendly with the customers in spite of how busy they were, hard they were working. They kept the restaurant very clean. A really impressive crew!“

“Staff works fast and efficiently. I'm never in line more then 10 mins. Menu is limited because it's a university Burger King, but it has what I like. Hours differ from what's posted on here, and they are only open sometimes during breaks.“

“I have never met a worker who I could tell she loved her job and makes ever customer feel like they are the only one until yesterday I was honored to meet Peaches. I had messed up my mobile order and she went above and beyond to make things right even tho it was my error. I hope you keep her on your staff because she is 1 in a million.“

“The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and my number was called by the time I paid and filled my drink. My order was correct, the food was hot, and I got some ketchup packets, napkins, and the zesty sauce in the bag. Thank you for the great service!“

We Always order the trios and duos, along with the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches.
It's all fresh, made to order, & orders are correct. Good management right now, for sure. Understandable & polite drive thru. The one manager is cool and staff deserves a raise.
Price is great!
P.s. we've had one bad experience where a worker got an attitude because He messed up our order. The sandwiches were 2 for $5 and because I didn't say that (according to him & was told to say what I mean smh) he charged me full price for each. Didn't go back for a few weeks due to that. But we work third and usually deal with one of the managers who is great . Not too many places are open 24 hrs that serve breakfast & dinner @ a reasonable price .“

“We went in today and a guy named Brandon behind the counter had great customer service. He went above and beyond since we walked in, he greeted us and got our order, the food was good and fast. As we were leaving he gave our little girls crowns and was very nice to them. He was working all over the place making sure everything was good and that’s unsual for fast food service!“

“Great customer service at their drive thru on a Friday night (10-17-25) . I went through drive thru so I cant rate the atmosphere. The lady took my order was very polite. The gentleman at the pickup window was also polite. It was nice to have a hot, made to order junior whopper (my favorite) on a cooler night.“

“There was a very nice representative who helped us with our orders and was a perfect example of what customer service is. I did not catch her name. She was wearing glasses. We don't ever do this but we decided to stay in and eat. It was clean and the food was fresh. Great job to the women at the register and staff. ❤️“
