Onion rings were cold not offered any sauce and they forgot the cheese on the chicken sandwich which was only cheese and tomatoes
Mercedes was working the window this morning and she made my day so much brighter! Excellent service, food was fresh and quick. I haven’t had Burger King in ages but I will be back just to see her. Somebody give that queen a raise!!!
As soon as someone behind the counter noticed me entering, I was greeted. The line for the drive thru was pretty long and it seemed like someone had called out because they didn't have enough people to take orders at the register.
I've read other reviews for this location mentioning them being understaffed but that's not always a reflection of the employees in the store, sometimes it's on the district / general manager.
