Why not hire more people for this location there is only one person working the drive thru and there’s always such long lines I’ve ordered online and it still takes at least 10 minutes for me to reach the intercom and state that I have an online order just to wait even more time to receive my

I pulled up at the drive thru today and I was waiting for a while next to the menu board. There was only one other car in front waiting by the window to pick up their food, and another one on the second lane of the drive thru. A couple of minutes pass and another car pulled in behind me. It was taking very long and I hadn't heard a word from the employee taking the drive thru orders. Thee worst do not waste time or money here this place is terrible terrible terrible. Poorly ran. Long over due for new management and employees. It's a new remodeled building with the same poor customer service. Disrespectful distasteful employees Quitting on shift after supervisor stole money from them. Atmosphere felt very unsafe and stressful for families and employees as tension started to rise
