I have a low bar when it comes to my expectations. I try to keep them reasonable. I wish I could say that this property cleared the bar. The common areas are very nice! Great history (almost 100 years). However….

This place was gross.
Bathrooms were not clean, bath tubs was moldy on the tile grout.
Everything seemed worn down and old.
Avoid at all costs.

Visitors are advised to check the crowd before entering, as there is limited space to wait. Despite some shortcomings, the cafe serves a nice hot breakfast, with the option of smaller oatmeal orders and good fresh coffee available.
