All your responses include how you hate to disappoint people but based off the reviews you don’t seem to change anything. Employees glare and say nothing to you. They must hate working there. It was as if they hate even being asked to do anything. Part of the chicken sandwich is completely hard. Otherwise the rest was okay. Shocking to see that people had “great customer service”, must be fake.

I ordered a 30 piece wing ; along with some ice cream. They said It'll take 30 minute for me to get my wings; and that I had to wait in the parking lot. The lady came out with my food and gave it to the wrong driver and he basically got free food.

As a DoorDasher, I genuinely HATE geting orders from here. The customer service is terrible. They're rude and disorganized. There have been times where they say the order was picked up already but when I call customer service for DoorDash, they see the order is still active. The restaurant just wont make the order, which is super unproffesional and inconsiderate. By them doing that, it keeps the customer who ordered the food waiting even longer and messes with our pay and time as Dashers.
