I appreciate that my food is always fresh. I don't mind waiting a couple of extra minutes for hot fries. The employees are friendly also, which is rare in food service these days.
Having eaten Cousins Cheese Steak subs for decades, the meat is not nearly as flavorful as it used to be at one time.
In fact, this sandwich is now very bland and lacking much flavor of any kind.
Also, it was a bit greasy.
A friend who also ordered a cheese steak said that about the only flavor he could taste much was the salt that he'd added to it.

Cousin's subs are one of my favorite sub shops! The lady in the drive through that took my order was very nice and professional! She greeted me right away. It is just really refreshing when you go to a business and you actually get great service. Keep up the great work!
