Best bagel breakfast in the city.
I have never received such a blatant energy shift as when I walked up to order a sandwich - it is difficult to explain other than a rude tone shift between me and another customer. For a place that centers community in their ad space/books/environment it felt real disheartening to walk into some place so unkind. The food was good, the service unkind.
I went to Hen’s Deli today - it was fire. It was the most exhilarating sandwich experience I've had in a while. I ordered the American Sub. I was headed to a doctor's appointment and finished it while driving. I’ll be back to try other items. 10/10 ❤️👌🏾😋😎😍
