Kristie was so amazing and helpful. The best customer service. The cookies here are nice and inventive and the jelly donut cookie was not too sweet and the mint in the double chocolate mint was not too overpowering. If you want a decent cookie come here and see

Bri . C customer service sucks she’s poor at explaining deals. She didn’t offer a deal when we were asking about purchasing particular specialty cookies and classic cookies once I asked her about it and then we tried to bundle it. She was like irritated. Maybe Saturday is a good day for her if she doesn’t have great customer service skills her spirit was not upbeat. It was not a welcoming environment up on entering it.

My husband picked up a vegan cookie for me and I have to say it was really good and individually packaged not touching any other of the other cookies. He mentioned the customer service was good as well.
