Cold food. Ground beef was still red. Stale alcapurias. Very unfortunate because we ordered several items on the menu.

I will never ever forget how terrible this place is I’m puertorican and the food was bland and expensive the worse I will never recommend this place my first and last time here! I know what authentic puertorican food taste like and this was tasteless and overpriced so disappointing! Especially because I’m a Chicago native before moving here! Skip this place.

First time ordering from here. Did online order and picked up. Food was prepared quick and was hot. I was very disappointed with the flavors. Everything lacked Sazón and Adobo. Alcapurrias and pastellio were just plain ground beef, there was nothing "criollo" about them. Alcapurria was soggy. Pastrami sando was also a disappointment, beef did not have pastrami seasonings and appeared as if it was prepackaged beef. Overall, very disappointed, I was hoping for a "taste from home".
