I was at this location tonight where I ordered the two large Philly cheese steak subs. Time was taken to make my subs which was great and the finished product was phenomenal from the store manager down to the two employees that took my order and helped prepare it at the front desk we're great I am blown away what a great experience!

This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's and I ordered something that was made perfectly well, but I didn't really like. Bummer, but it happens. They saw that I wasn't eating my sandwich and approached me and offered me something different, unsolicited. The second sandwich was very good, and more to my liking. Really outstanding customer service ??
