We were there WELL before the 6pm closing time posted on Google. No store hours were posted. At 4pm we were told they were closing, but we were welcome to stay. My husband left to walk 10 minutes in the cold & snow to get our car, so my girls & I sat in our booth & waited. The lovely staff decided to turn off the lights, which was as good as telling us to get the f@ck out. We then stood in a cold hallway waiting to be picked up. REAL nice customer service. I understand restaurants can be busy and I usually dig JJs, but today was ridiculous. After waiting over an hour from the time my order was confirmed, I had to cancel my order. It took another ten minutes of waiting on the phone to get a manager to cancel my order and refund my card. :(
