I had to walk thru the drive thru. The lobby was closed. And they ran out of original recipe…and it was only lunchtime. however, the service was amazing because I was staying in a hotel and they allow me to walk through the drive-through to get my food.
Had to wait 20 mins for 15 tenders. That meal was fine and hot. My meal must of been boxed, 20 mintues ago ? Why must my meal sit and get could?? Dont box up the meal, until the tenders are ready. Not a cheap price either.

Rude manager who apparently can't count which led to missing items. Got my refund from customer service though they were much easier to deal with. Definitely won't be returning to this kfc. Changed management and are still incompetent.

Didn't have half the menu and no posted signage on the menu. Person at drive thru was rude and unintelligible. Do not stop here waste of time.It's been 2 years so figured I would give it another shot. Nope drive thru only. Going elsewhere.

I ordered a 16 piece after eating a couple of bites my family noticed the chicken was raw. Next day my child got really sick throwing up for 2 days. I called to inform them right away but no one answered the phone so I called corporate. Days later they finally picked up the phone and the general manager said she was hesitant to believe it was raw because she fried it herself basically calling me a liar. I told her I still had the chicken and could bring it in along with pictures. She said she didn’t want to see them or the chicken. She only apologized after I told her she should apologize instead of argue. I did get a refund but be careful when buying from here. The manger definitely needs more training when it comes to dealing with customers getting sick from their undercooked food instead of being rude and combative. A little empathy goes a long way.

Whoever was making food tonight really shouldn't ever again. Idk how you can screw up a famous bowl but the potatoes were horrible and there was 2 small pieces of chicken. It woulda been cheaper and better to just order Mashed potatoes and add corn. I wanted the chicken too. Extremely disappointed....

Ordered 8 PC bucket and x-tra breast. Asked for all the breasts x- creaspy and rest original. When we took home all was original and never got x-tra breast but paid for it and also did not taste like it should. Very disappointing ?.

I caught wind that KFC brought back their 8pc Spicy Hot Wings! Excited! They were fresh, crispy, and delicious! Bang for a buck! $4.99??? You can’t go wrong especially since they were absolutely delicious! I went through the drive through and received great customer service, you know like the service you get at Chick-fil-A! Went back a second time, of course a different day and still received great customer service! This time I added a biscuit and it was delicious too! I’ll be back for the spicy wings again! Thanks for greeting me with a smile and wonderful engagement! Great customer service!

The food was smashed together. The chicken was burnt and dried out. The famous bowl had the same dried out chicken. I called the store and the manager was arguing with me about the order. Very rude. Will never go there again. Don't waste your money on nasty food

Best KFC in mke! Little kids have a problem coming here and complaining there is no chicken nuggets! So they gave a few one star's and I'm here to let you guys know this KFC is great and the one star reviews is from one little girl experience and have had all her friends review this place and gave it a one star out of her anger issues! She actually works on 7th and Layton location restaurant and came to KFC fussing and told everyone she knows including her brother and mom to give kfc a one star! Tried on three separate occasions to order a bowl. The first time was late so that's understandable. When the other two times were at 3 pm, it kinda felt like this place is just bad. Nuggets and tenders out by dinner time. What's the point of having them on the menu?
