went to go pick up food at 542pm and the lobby doors are already locked. there's always an issue at this location, whether it's not enough employees or the food is horrible or BOTH! BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS

9/17/26 This location has struggled since I've lived over here but currently it's amazing. Past problems stemmed from lack of employees/staff since COVID. Currently things are smooth running. It was raining and a little after 5pm. I came in and began looking at menu, made my selections and cars started filling the parking lot. Couples and delivery pickups began lining up. However, there have been instances where orders take a while to prepare, and food may sit for a bit before being handed over. On the other hand, the 8pc Spicy Hot Wings, which are back on the menu, are a great deal at $4.99 and are freshly prepared, crispy, and delicious. The biscuits are also a tasty addition. Despite some minor issues, the customer service is consistently great, with friendly staff greeting customers with a smile.
