Went for a bachelorette party. Smells like rotten cheeseburgers and fish. Bartender forced someone in our party to buy a water even though she didn't want it and wasn't drinking. Said she wouldn't have made money if we didn't purchase one water. Garbage. Safe to say we left after our drinks

Classic old milwaukee corner bar experience. I've met the most interesting folks here, and if you are there during a band night...double bonus!! Bar tenders are always awesome... don't expect to be coddled, this is a place for grown ups.

Mamies is my favorite place to go when I visit Milwaukee a few times a year from Texas. A great owner Debbie and her friendly staff are always on top of their game. Fun place with excellent specials everyday of the week. The patrons are always freindly to each other in a "Cheers Bar" type fashion. After traveling 1000 miles it is refreshing to know Mamies will be there when I get to town!
