I just went through the drive thru, it was quick and friendly till I got to the window to pick up my order. As it was handed out to me I asked the young lady to wait(I have sever arthritis in my hands). Now I know she would not know this but it was the look she gave me that I didn’t care for. Service inside unorganized, person i was speaking to really didn't understand a simple question. Confusion was consistent, not just with us but also with other customers that surrounded us. On the other hand the drive thur runs pretty smooth. Problems with giving receipts and numbers for our food. Nobody knew who's order was theres. I guess for now i will stick with the drive thur.

Been going there for 20 years. Yes, it smells and looks better than before but the customer service is not even half the quality of former management (vs 2018-2021)? This place has serious issues with getting the orders right.
