Just wondering why online and at the restaurant posted on the front door it says open for take out/Lobby open at 5am. And I've came here multiple times shortly after 5am and the door is always locked. And when the staff sees me at the door they just glance at me and continue working. So am I to assume that the posted hours of operation need to be changed or is there some other issue that needs to be resolved??

Drive thru experience is terrible, staff isn't friendly and order thru app never ready at the time of pick up. If these employees know customer service isn't it why apply and be rude throughout their shifts.

Came in here and heard the employees singing loudly in the background so that means happy employees and happy employees means good service which means happy customers. Food was fresh, hot, and juicy and portions were great. Employees were super nice. Prob gonna make this main McD’s.
