THE GOOD:The cheeseburger was delicious. NGL. It comes pretty loaded up with stuff, and I don't like giving a bunch of requests for my order. The fried onions and pickles were easy enough to remove. The french fries are "shoestring" style and coated in orange salt (seasoning salt perhaps?).THE BAD:Got there at 11:50am on a Friday, and was the only person there. I don't even know where the staff was. The cook came up front and took my order (Cheeseburger "meal"):...
I gotta say, it's hard to mess up hot dogs. It's even harder to make them good. Mike's hits that nail directly on the head. Great chili dog and a fantastic Chicago dog. If you need dogs done right, go to Mike's, tell em I sent ya!
This restaurant supposedly went "Under New Management", but has been closed for months. Their phone has also been disconnected. Too bad, as they had really good food and I frequented the place often.
