“This is an absolute must, but go with time! It was like a visiting a mini historical society, or Serbian museum. It has fantastic memorabilia. The music playing was captivating! The appetizer plate w/ olives, cheese, meat, cuc slices, & potato salad was splendid! I also had some special creamy cheese buttery spread, & eggplant tomato-like spread on bread that was HEAVEN!!! The bread seemed absolutely freshly made, and like just out of the oven. The inside was delectable, soft, tasty, chewy, and the outside, a perfect crunchy crust! I tried to break apart the perfectly sliced pieces of appetizer-sized bread, to eat it slower, but it was just insanely glorious! You will not be able to resist it. Chicken paprikash, TENDER, and fall off the bone (how did they do it)!!! Lots of glorious sauce, rice so unique tasting. I think there was some kind of dumpling and other stuff in it that was just all divine!!! Mashed potatoes, a stunning deep golden mound of pure delight. It has such definitive, unique character. It's not a new, cookie-cutter, corporate chain, run of the mill restaurant. I think it was maybe a waitress, or some
employee, that seemed to just sit there a lot, from what I saw, and the owner seemed super annoyed with me. If you can look past that, it was absolutely worth it! I've literally dreamt, for years, that I was trying to get to there, but I would always get lost, and not be able to make it. I finally made it today. Loved it. I feel relieved about it all. Enjoy!!!“
