I made a mistake on my online order, and Nick was super helpful in getting it corrected. He was taking such good care of everyone inside and had an amazing positive energy. I haven’t always had the best experience at this noodle’s, but he and his team made it great :) Food was delicious! I got the pesto cavatappi with grilled chicken and the gf pasta instead of cavatappi.

Noodles and company have been a favorite of mine ever since I was a kid. Despite developing a gluten allergy, they have remained one of the few places I can get food from. On 5/25/25, I placed an online order for dinner and didn’t think much of it. After working a 12-hour shift, I needed some good food to help me unwind from the day. I sent my boyfriend to pick up the order, and on the ticket, there was the sweetest message I have ever gotten written on it. I cried once reading...

On October 4, I placed an online order about 30 minutes in advance for pick-up. When I arrived a bit early, staff was very busy with other orders and I was needlessly impatient, because I lost track of time. My order was filled in a timely manner and was very good. The woman putting my order together did a great job and the food was excellent. She should be commended.
