Workers have been rude the entire 3 years I've lived in this neighborhood. Sometimes, I have a good experience here but that's usually due to the manager.. but overall the nonchalant/reluctant attitude and lack of acknowledgement regardless of if you order online or wait in store, is crazy. Customers in the neighborhood are also ....odd.
Worst burrito I’ve had at a chain Mexican restaurant, horrible portions, rolling technique, quality of ingredients. Completely fell apart while eating, I think it was due to the workers technique of holding the burrito while he put ingredients in. Rather than the more standard way of sliding the burrito and tinfoil across the counter that is made for loading and rolling.
