It’s always the same like 4-5 workers and while one is making the food. The others just stand and stare at you. It’s honestly very odd and creepy.

i love qdoba - the service is exceptional and the food is very good and fresh. I assume it’s a high traffic establishment since it is near a college campus however they ensure the tables and floor are always clean.

Do not go here. I ordered a bowl and it came with such little chips. Usually when i order at a different QDoba, i finish the bowl and still have left over chips. For this one, i barely finished half of the bowl and the chips were already done. The chip is filled less than half and there was like 15 chips in there. Someone I know came to this location a bit ago and he had asked for extra chips and it’s an additional $1 to get a scoop. How are you charging $1 for another scoop of chips when there’s barely any to begin with. Waste of money. 1/10.

I’ve been here many of times after moving down here. Each time was either a hit or miss with food and service. Today was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had here. People behind the counter seemed miserable as can be and made us feel like we were an inconvenience from the very beginning.I went to order a bowl and she asked which rice I would like. I said white rice. She rolled her eyes and said I will have to wait. I said okay. And she goes “yeah like 2 minutes of waiting,” in this very unkind tone. I said okay again. I wasn’t in a rush so waiting just wasn’t a problem for me. Then she turned around right away and grabbed the brand new rice. Then she finished the rest of my bowl and passed it on to the next person. I asked if there was any lettuce left because from my pov I couldn’t see the bottom of the bin. She just said “no.” And rolled her eyes too.The food was pretty average too. I work in the food and service industry too so I know how demanding it can be at times. I do want to preface and say two other tables were taken and the rest of the restaurant was empty as can be. I understand the stress and frustration that comes along with being in this type of business. But I don’t think it’s ever okay to start off with a customer as snooty and rude. The lady working the register was very kind. That was about it. So disappointing to see such miserable people working in customer service. Do better Qdoba.

Worst experience by far order was completely wrong I was missing a whole kids meal. Sad to say I just waisted 43 dollars at this restaurant and when I call to speak to someone NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. Thanks workers at qdoba now I have to spend more money so my grandmother and son can

I've been to this location a few times now. The first couple of times the food was great. Last night everything was a disaster. It started as soon as I got into line. The guy making food was obviously friends with the people on front of us and was acting very unprofessional because of it. The food was a complete joke this time. First, the bowl I ordered was extremely lacking in ingredients, it was about half the size I usually receive from here. The two burritos were somewhat decent, but they were not labeled, so when I got home I had no idea which was which leading to my daughters receiving the wrong food. The last item was the tacos, the soft shells were not even warmed, so they just tore apart. The worst was when I was at the very end of the line and I asked for lettuce, which is what makes these tacos for me. They had no lettuce. Completely ruining my meal. On top of all of that, all of the food was lukewarm at best. I was also not given a receipt for my purchase. The employees just didn't seem to care. That's $47 in the garbage.

I’m typically not one to write reviews but every time I come to this Qdoba there’s something off. The card reader is constantly down, so they don’t let you use discounts they advertise or pay with card. They only accept mobile orders half the time and the staff is always rude. My “tacos” were just a bunch of ingredients thrown in a bowl. I had to eat it with a fork because literally none of the ingredients were in the shells.

Went for a burrito bowl. The first lady handling the rice, beans, and meat was good with regard to customer service. The next person on the line, who was dressed as a manager was very rushy and dismissive, closing the bowl immediately after putting on far less cheese than I would have liked. The lady at the register bagged everything in a to go bag(this order was placed to eat inside).After this, I opened the bag of chips that comes with the bowl and it contained a quarter order of chips at most(it is supposed to be a half order). The chips were also pretty stale.Good job, Oakland.I'm sure they're doing great on food cost here, that's for sure.

I've never had fresh chips from this location. Staff is usually in a bad morning mood 9 out of 10 times, and the place is someone's personal daycare. The only reason I still go is because I can see if they spit in my bowl.
