I placed a catering order for a training event, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the original location didn't receive the order, which I only discovered when a staff member went to pick it up. On 11/6/25 the pick-up location couldn’t make the food on short notice, but the corporate office quickly reached out, apologized, and found another location willing to fulfill my large order, even as my training participants were starting to arrive.

I live literally right next to this walk-in only location. Though I would have preferred a dine-in location, a place where me and.my wife could eat and drink and do our school work, I've really come to appreciate this place. I order here quite frequently. Of the several dozen orders I've placed, only one has had missing items. In this event, I was quickly credited for the entire meal, which, to me, represents a very solid model for customer service. I live right by this Panera so I go fairly often. There have been a few times when my order wasn’t exactly correct but every time I’ve brought it up to a staff member they resolve my issue politely, quickly, and humbly. Super excited to have this business added to the easy side!
