“despite having previous issues with this location, today I ordered a pizza early to be delivered at a later time. when the pizza was almost 40 minutes late i called the location and they saw to the issue immediately, remade the pizza, and contacted a new driver to pick it up. it was delivered within 10 minutes. i know things can get tricky using a third party delivery service but the woman who helped me on the phone was very nice and fixed the issue promptly. i won’t be hesitant to order from this location going forward and glad to see things are hopefully on the come up with this spot!“

“Very good pizza, much better than our recent experience at the Franklin Papa John's store. Pizza was made how we ordered it, fresh, hot, cheesy - very impressed with the experience. There are also plenty of deals and specials in the app.“

However, I’ve been frustrated lately because the app orders for my local location have been down the last four times I’ve tried to use it. It’s a bit inconvenient since the app is such a big part of why I choose Papa John’s. That said, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the deals are great when everything works.
