We just had our wedding at Pilot Project and it went better than we could have imagined. Our event coordinator, Libby, made the process so smooth and she was extremely responsive to our questions and the venue was very flexible when we had to change our plans due to weather. The guests loved the space, the food, and the staff. The Pilot Project team rocks.
What an awesome find in downtown Milwaukee!! Went with a group and took the tour - such a fun experience!! Our tour guide, Bob was friendly, knowledgeable & just exuded a great energy. We were able to try several different kinds of beverages - all of them super unique. This place is great! We got a tour from some bald guy named Bob, he was awesome! You can tell that he’s been around beer for a long time. He told us all about Busch Light. The food was really good and fast. The servers were very knowledgeable, especially Olivia, but Bob calls her something else.
