We booked a party with Pilot Project MKE, and they worked with us to recreate dishes to suit our guests of honors’ dietary needs. Then, when things fell apart at the very last minute, they went out of their way to take care of the few of us who had put so much time into organizing the event. Custom shots, complimentary desserts from the kitchen and expert service. I’ll book with them again and plan to be a patron regularly.
I walked into the sunny open and inviting dining room to find Shauna amidst the glorious illumination of the bar. We ordered the best flight of bottomless mimosas one could ever wish to receive, cheese curds that were a steps above the rest and eggs & bacon, that was straight off the hogs back and deliciously candied. We hosted a surprise birthday party here this past weekend and I can’t say enough positive things about the venue and staff. Kristi was amazing to work with through the planning process and was a super clear communicator, food was great, our day of service was great, overall price was super reasonable. Definitely recommend Pilot Project for a planned get together, they made everything so easy and seamless!
