Still havenât received refund and itâs been 4 days . Delivery took over two hours . Wasnât rude or disrespectful to people who prepare my food ever . Still havenât been disrespectful. But the run around Iâm getting by this location IS. Just spoke to manager this morning same one that âplaced my refundâ the first day I had issues with them . Now he telling me I have to wait another 2 days until I can speak to the GM to see if my refund even got placed . Here the photos of the time frame it took for them to even update my order . Mind you it was only 2 large pizzas wings and Cinnabon . Also added second image I took today to verify that they havenât even updated the status of delivery . Still says âout for deliveryâ

We order from this place 1-2 times per month and itâs always great. The staff is friendly and food is (usually) fresh. However, tonight when we went in my husband was treated very rudely by a staff member not usually there. Iâm assuming some type of new management sent from corporate to âfix itâ. He gave us the worst experience weâve had there thus far, including using curse words when speaking to paying customers. Iâm not sure what they plan on doing but people like him are not helping their situation. I prefer PapaJohns anyway.

The order was made incorrectly. I ordered extra sauce and jalapeños but neither was on the pizza. The pizza itself was incredibly thin, had minimal cheese and absolutely no flavor to it. It was the worst pizza Iâve ever had.

11 years of 1 star reviews and we keep ordering from this place as a community. Too many of us are holding onto what Pizza Hut used to be.
Food came hot, I was surprised. I got 4 pizzas for the game tonight, two with jalapeños and pepperoni and two with pepperoni. I got jalapeños on all four pizzas. There are kids here, they arenât even eating the pizza. The breadsticks were not even cut. It was a single piece of bread. The texture of the dough on the pizza was dry and the sauce was nothing like I expected. It was also thick, more like paste and it was bitter.
The restaurant doesnât honor the deal Pizza Hut is advertising with the stuffed crust pizza and 16 wings. The app kept crashing. I couldnât order wings, it kept saying âproduct not foundâ, and I had to try to place the order different ways.

beating a dead horse here. but this store sucks. employees suck. gave me orders to deliver (doordash) where the guy assigned the incorrect person to each order. so both people got the wrong food. closing this store or bringing it corporate would fix all of these issues.

I placed an order and said be delivered about an hour. So we waited am hour and half about and called the location they asked my name for oder and basically rushed me off the phone after they said it just went out now. So we waited and waited. Didn't show until another almost hour after that. Just ridiculous....I get it your busy some days etc. But don't lie and worst thing was the good was soggy and cold. Who wants to eat food like that. I refused it upon delivery! Never ordering from here again!

I called them a bunch of times and they always hang up. They answered once and sent me to another line and then ended up hanging up on me without even saying anything. Also for one pizza it was 35 dollars, overpriced and the location sucks.

Donât bother ordering here. They never sent my pizza and offered no explanation. I ended up doing carry out and the place is filthy. Pretty sure theyâre using door dash for delivery.
