My go-to food at a Mexican restaurant is Chicken Mole. This place gets all the stars, because O. M. G. The chicken was so tender, it literally slid off the bone! That's not to say it was overcooked, because it certainly wasn't. It retained it's juiciness and flavor, which was only enhanced by the brown mole sauce. I tried El Tlaxcalteca Mexican Restaurant for the first time today after searching for a local Mexican restaurant with authentic food and really good flavor. Omg! It did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is really small, only a few tables, but we were able to get a seat. The complimentary chips and salsa was delicious.
