Anyone giving a one star or similar is just ignorant and hating. I’ve been to every Pizza Hut in Milwaukee and this (the capitol location) is the best spot. Not only is the inside clean, but there’s plenty of booths to sit and the food was made how it should be. I never leave reviews but I was shocked how well this location runs given the area and how rough it is. I only gave 4 stars cause the location itself is in a run down ass shopping center parking lot. Requested a refund for a missing item or to speak to a supervisor. The store doesn’t answer. The guy from the chat ended the conversation when a requested the number for corporate. I found the number for corporate you can’t speak to a live person, they refer you to the website . Conveniently enough the chat is no longer available and you can not submit a complaint due to a system error. Screenshots attached. The location should be shut down immediately. Never get a good experience...

My order was missing items because of doordash and I called Pizza Hut.The employee and her manager didn't hesitate to take care of me and replaced the missing items eventhough they weren't at fault for the missing items.The customer service is great! The food was fresh and delicious.I highly recommend this Pizza Hut.
