Upon walking in the restaurant, it was very dirty with papers all over floor. My pizza did not look right. It had many bubbles. So many it didn’t look like it had cheese on it. I requested a refund and was told that I couldn’t get one. They remade the pizza and it looked the same. I believe they gave me back the same pizza. I love pizza hut but unfortunately I will not return.
Daniel here at your local Kops Park Pizza hut located on 76th and burleigh. I ordered online about 30 dollars worth Saturday night, and their system said it would be done in 15 minutes. 10:15 I arrive at the store. I was immediately greeted with a harmonized "we're closed!" I wasn't sure why they were closing at 10:15pm (45 min before posted closing time) when my order was promised to be finished.
