Over all place is basically sterile looking, clean to a fault has a really sickly sweet chemical smell.
But the food is alr, not like oh I cant wait to have it again good but yeh if your in the area its good for lunch if your a laborer working on a job site.
As for customer service they are very rude and dont listen very well. Tried to make a joke about the obscene level of security for a sub shop being that my local bank in sheboygan doesn't even have armor plated glass...read full review

Cousins Subs in Milwaukee is a popular spot for many customers. The fresh bread and great customer service make it stand out. The vegetarian options are limited, but the food quality is excellent. Several reviews mention that the staff is always polite and friendly, often delivering quick service. Customers enjoy the fried bologna sub, which they find absolutely incredible, and the cheese curds are highly recommended. Many appreciate the consistent friendliness of the crew, with some mentioning they come every week. Orders are often prepared quickly, and the food is fresh and hot, even during busy times. While the vanilla shake is enjoyed, some notice that fries can be a bit salty. A few recent experiences include missing items in orders, but staff usually try to correct these issues by substituting missing items. Overall, Cousins Subs offers a tasty menu with excellent service and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many, especially families.
