I usually expect Popeyes to be bad but this place set a new low for expectations. They didn’t have half of the items I ordered including sweet tea and seafood, they refused to give me other items of equal value and made me go through a long refund process using their customer support because the lady “didn’t know how to do refunds”. Everyone here was extremely rude, inattentive, and I’m not even 100% sure they were working over my 45 minutes spent here all of which was waiting for my food

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Absolutely need to rethink management. Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes response. Literally got stuck in drive thru for even longer when trying to leave. Cars backed up no service. I can't understand how they can keep paying the bills. Where is the owner? This is not the first time or second or 3rd etc....Have to drive to Miller Park just to have decent service. Especially when I live walking distance. CLOSE OR REHIRE AND DEFINITELY DO SO FIRING!!!!!
You should fire these workers they don’t do their jobs, they make you wait, and ignore you when you need to ask them a question.

Another horrible Popeyes. At this point there doesn't need to be a Popeyes in milwaukee. The lady taking orders got into an argument with a customer, of course the drive thru was not open, the food took forever, and again no chicken tenders. I'm over Popeyes!!!

I ordered food off the app. I went to go pick it up and they say they out of chicken. Or to my understanding they have chicken but just don’t want to drop any so they were telling everybody they didn’t have none. I called and nobody answered before even putting in the order. This place needs to be put out of business or hire new workers because NOBODY IS WORKING OR DOING THEY JOB. They were all talking and playing around but nobody working.

Went through the drive thru today at 2:15pm and ordered a 3 piece dinner but when I got to the window the cashier was telling me that I needed to pay for the combo (with the drink) because she put it in like that & if I didn’t it would come out of her check. And she wouldn’t remove the drink because she said “it couldn’t be done.” So I left without the meal
