If they had a star where we can put zero I would have clicked that. Poor service, poor online service. You guys need to systematically improve your services. You do not reflect your company’s vision statement and core values. Please do better.
I usually expect Popeyes to be bad but this place set a new low for expectations. They didn’t have half of the items I ordered including sweet tea and seafood, they refused to give me other items of equal value and made me go through a long refund process using their customer support because the lady “didn’t know how to do refunds”. Why do i have to wait in the drive thru for 30-40min per person? This establishment is the worst and need to start hire better people instead of keeping their money for not hiring more people.
