The place has gone down hill esthetically. They only do drive thru now. They Do Not take online orders so the app deals and rewards are useless. Yet they do take doordash orders which I find to be really weird.
I don't live near Sonic location and have never been to one. My teenage son and I saw various commercials on peacock about the smash burgers. We decided to drive 45 min to experience Sonic together for the first time.

Pricing is reasonable.
I cannot get my app to accept orders. I've tried for months. It always says: (see photos.) So I cannot get those deals. It still emails me all the time with the deals.
Yet the person sitting next to me can order, no problem.
It's very confusing what you are supposed to do with an app order once you arrive. (See photos.)
