They never shake the shaken espressos properly. I'm a partner, so I would know to order a blonde latte with brown sugar and cinnamon if I wanted one... There's never enough foam, and they give the flat lids instead of the foam lids too. A shame bc the customer connect is always excellent here, just not as much focus on craft.
I am grateful because I ordered online and they took the time out to make my order before it was ready or even order to be made considering I had to hurry and get to go to work. They are almost always friendly (everyone has bad days- but theirs aren't super bad) and they will make sure you get out in time enough for work. But the drink I had was amazing and they rushed to make sure I was taken care of
They are excellent on getting things done quickly but They are not excellent on Reading the details of what the order is and instead of apologizing. The young lady said to me I didn't realize people still drink hot Chai.? I was just wondering when did people stop drinking hot Chai latte??? She acted like I was a foreigner?
