The staff at this location are top notch. So welcoming. I gave this location a very complicated order and they nailed it. The manager was extremely helpful and customer focused. I'm very impressed with this store and how it runs. I most definitely will be back! Great job!
I love this location on S 27th at the south end of Walmart. Great group of people! Quite friendly, personable worth great service! They remembered my drink and name after my first week of frequenting this location! I get the Caramel Machiatto venti, slim milk hot, extra caramel, an extra shot of expresso with 3 packets of Splenda stirred in, and my granddaughter gets the Dragonfruit drink which tastes like a strawberry sundae ?? . She also likes the breakfast sandwiches at all...
I stopped in for a Caramel Machiato while waiting for a pizza down the road. I got a Venti. There was no whip or caramel drizzle on it, which is the highlight of this drink in my opinion. This is why I don't tip until AFTER I get my drink. No whip= no tip. I hate the tip jar at the register. I truly feel like these places encourage their employees to give great drinks/service depending on their tip when the tip should be given after good product/service. These drinks are...
