I did a mobile order and I received the notification that my order was ready. I found 1/2 drinks (not in the mobile pickup area), waited 15 more minutes. I asked where’s the other drink and she said oh, we don’t make that drink anymore, you’ll get a refund through the app. I waited a week, still no refund. I called Starbucks and customer service was extremely helpful and refunded the money. They understood and I was off the call in 10 mins.

Inside the mall. It’s always busy. The staff was cheerful and trying really hard to make drinks as fast as they possibly. If they have the space, they could probably have benefited from having some extra help behind the counter.

Coming here usually for frappe and seasonal drinks. I like this place coz one of the managers gave me free frappe when I’ve mistakenly placed the order with the other Starbucks location down the road. I appreciate the small kindness!
