I wish we had a place like this near us in Chicago! Our second visit was as good as our first. Very tasty, thoughful food and excellent cocktails. Friendly service, too. From the 2025 winter menu we highly recommend the fig & olive tapanade, fried cauliflower, orzo, nachos, and chocolate cake. If you are a fan of old fashions then defiitely order the Curious George. The espresso martini was also very good. Yum!!
The fancy nachos, hummus, and eggplant orzo are EVERYTHING. The chocolate cake with ice cream? Phenomenal. Bartenders Colin and Maggie are the absolute best there is. This place has truly the atmosphere and wine/cocktail bar that is worth the visit and stay for a couple hours. Vinyl spins that set the mood. Tiny little hole in the wall of vegan dreams. You have to come if you’re in town!
This place is delicious, and an excellent choice for people looking for plant-based options. Seating is cozy, great ambience, and staff pleasant. We were told its shareable plates and to order 3 different options for 2 people. We got the hummus plate with pickled veggies, the nachos, and the autumn salad.
