Amazing food and space! The food menu and drink menu are top notch! We enjoyed the Risotto and the Poblano pasta as well as some appetizers. I would highly suggest every thing we drank and ate!
Tauro Cocina is definitely in my top 3 favorite restaurants in Milwaukee. The fusion of flavors with Latin/Italian is unmatched for the city, the dishes are all flavorful and tasty! I love coming here for pasta and pizza, not to mention their cocktail menu is big and drinks never disappoint! The atmosphere isn’t anything special, more cozy than elegant I’d say. I would recommend trying to get a table outside in the summer if you can! Can’t wait to come back!
Still miss the place when it used to be Trocadero. Food was good and service started strong. A pet peeve of mine is when my water runs empty and that happened later on in the meal when we were more or less forgotten about until the desert came around. I had the clams with linguine in a red sauce. Clams were small and linguine was nothing special. They seem to do a good job with shrimp risotto which is what my wife had. The shirt steak from one of our friends looked good...
