We’ve had nothing but horrible experiences from the Knick from all angles, dinning in, ordering for pick up and ordering off food delivery apps. Thank you so much Knick. Not sure who was working and answering the phone this evening and I should have gotten her name, but she was wonderful.
I ordered through Uber Eats and the driver didn't collect half the order. When I called The Knick, they were so kind and understanding despite the fact that I was kind of hot (sorry).
They gave me extra fries when my friends came to pick up the rest of the order.
