We had a great experience using this location for a private event. We rented the Loading Dock for a surprise milestone birthday party. The team was responsive (got back to me the same day as my date inquiry), helpful (we had a theme and they helped us pump in music to match and put videos up on the in-room screen) and accommodating (allowing us to come view the space in person at a time the taproom was typically closed to fit our schedule). At the party we received many comments on the space and how perfect it was, and I personally appreciated the bartenders who looked the other way as our children ran slightly amuck. Thanks for making our event so special!

I'd put negative stars if I could. I was at a different local brewery in MKE today and the experience I had reminded me of my first and only experience I had at Third Space back around the time they opened in 2016. I was poured the wrong beer & instead of dumping it down the drain, they had amazing customer service skills and offered it to me in addition to the beer I actually ordered. Which was a small gesture that cost them nothing and I got to try a beer I wouldn't have ordered or bothered to try. The first & only time I've been to Third Space, a beer-tender poured me a wrong beer and when I pointed it out, they promptly grabbed it and dumped it down the drain right in front of me. This left a lasting impression that I've never forgotten and I've never been back since. It wasn't about getting a free beer it was the simple gesture and the wastefulness that stuck in my mind. You've lost a customer for life whereas the other local brewery gained a customer for life.

This homegrown brewery delivers exactly what its name promises—an escape from the grind of work and the monotony of home. It’s your “third space.” The beer selection is solid, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it a spot you’ll want to return to again & again. Tonight, on a random Thursday the live music on the patio was on point!, and the beer was cold which complimented the fantastic grinds coming from the Taco Truck. This definitely makes our short list of places to stop at on our way through the city.

It is a beautiful old building with tons of charm.
Beer was not that good and credit only option (odd for a place that has cash arcade/crane games?). Kid friendly too with some board games.
