Excellent customer service. Highly recommend when you are in the area. Hotel is great. Restaurant/Brewery offers great selection and staff is super friendly. Two thumbs up.
The Commerce Inn is a gem. Mike, the owner is super friendly, welcoming and brews great beer. Jen, the bartender, was super attentive, gave great recommendations for food and was very informative about Mineral Point and surrounding areas. The rooms are beautiful, super charming, comfy beds, fire places, and spa tubs! There were yummy macarons, water, soft robes and high end toiletries in our room at arrival. I can't say enough good things about this place!
My husband and I stayed a night at the Commerce Street Brewery Hotel as part of a multi-day road trip in the area, and we both agree this was the best place we stayed at the entire trip. Mike was very nice and checked us in to Room 6, which was clean, spacious, comfortable and wonderfully designed. The bedside macarons were a nice touch, and though we didn’t use the gas fireplace, having it available at the flick of a switch made our room feel extra cozy. Great hotel in a great town!
Great Friday fish, fun atmosphere and excellent beer. I will return.
We tried the cream ale and the Irish red, both were fantastic! We were able to chat with the owner and head Brewer while enjoying the brews, both gentlemen were extremely pleasant to chat with. Great rustic feel in the bar. Love it!!!
Even two years after our stay, this place still stands out. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and so cozy, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome (including the owners’ adorable pup which was such a sweet bonus). The food and beer were excellent, and the owner went above and beyond with kindness and care. We’re planning a trip back to the area this spring and can’t wait to stay here again!
We jyst had a bite to eat. Great food excellent service and atmosphere!
Good beer. Tyler was a great bartender! Fun conversations
Went there on a December Saturday and got a growler and a howler (32 oz) refill of jugs I brought with me. They also do crowlers, which are cans to go. Got an excellent lager which I'm enjoying now at home and a very mellow brown ale. They also had an amber, an IPA and a porter which I didn't try. Very friendly pub environment and the beer is brewed right there. Lots of people came in while we were there. Very impressive. Will return ASAP.
We stayed at Commerce Street Brewery Hotel for a weekend getaway and absolutely loved it! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and full of charm, blending historic character with modern comfort. The on-site brewery and bar are fantastic — great beer, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere that made it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the area.
Everything about our stay felt easy and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for a cozy, fun weekend away — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Great beer and amazing food!! Historic building great atmosphere.
My wife and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary.
The owner and staff were remarkable. I had originally planned on arriving early in the afternoon but we got delayed. The staff texted us to check on us and see if there was anything we needed.
Our weekend trip coincided with a heatwave unfortunately, but when we arrived and were shown to our room, they had set up an additional portable air conditioner to pre-cool the room and keep us comfortable during our stay during the unexpected heat. We stayed in their largest room with the jacuzzi tub complete with bath salts and comfy robes.
The food at the bar was delicious and sitting at the bar with the staff we learned all about the town, the surrounding area and got tips for our stay.
