Went through drive-through. Got Beef and Cheddar. Noticed soon after on the road that there was no Cheddar. Went back and they gave me the right sandwich. By then it was a little cold so I had a couple bites to hold me over until I got home. The people were pleasant but I was a little frustrated. Hopefully it will be better next time through town.
This trip was good. Friendly service and well prepared food. BUT I have had a bad experience at this Arby's where I was yelled at in the drive thru so... It's a mixed bag.
The cashier rounded up for me a couple pennies so I would have a handful of change and upgraded my fry to a large. She was so sweet and kind. Best Arbys Experience. Need more people like her in the
