Just plain old fashioned, ice cream stand soft serve, but it's pretty darn good and won't leave you feeling stuffed like custard. This was our second time visiting, but the family loves it!

Very busy but of course it's summer and expected. Dipped cones subpar as well as "slushy" and "real" strawberry shake.

The briq-a-latte is very good! It is like a coffee shake.

Parking: Lots of parking spots arranged around the building.

Kid-friendliness: The mini size is a good size for littles.

Came in on a Monday night right before closing…there were quite a few ppl there but they were very fast and efficient. Portions were huge and prices were reasonable. Highly recommend!

I’m aware that other members in my group (Cameron and Landon) have left reviews from our recent visit on (7/7/24), but this needs to be addressed!!! recently visited Briqs Ice Cream and had a very disappointing experience. Despite paying for our orders and tipping, we did not receive everything we paid for. On top of that, our orders were poorly mixed, which ruined the flavors. The service was subpar; the staff openly complained about not receiving enough tips, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable for everyone in line. I won't be returning anytime soon.

All I can say is I’m so disappointed in my most recent trip to my favorite ice cream spot… On this beautiful Sunday night, I chose to make a stop at my beloved Briq’s. After waiting in line for 40 minutes, I finally made it up to the front of the line to order my go-to HOMER sundae. After spending $20 dollars on my order for myself and friends, I chose to include a tip for the service workers who have always been amazing during my previous experiences. Unfortunately, while waiting for our ice cream, we overheard one of the young ladies tell her co-worker that “it looks like we aren’t getting tipped tonight.” This caught me quite off guard, considering myself and friend both each tipped on top of the expensive orders we had just placed. To top off our experience, all four of our orders were either missing ingredients and/or not mixed. My HOMER was missing sprinkles and unmixed with two whole donut holes just sitting on top, one friend’s Oreo Speedwagon w/ brownie was completely missing brownie, and my other friend’s slushie float was completely unmixed w/ a tiny blob of soft serve just thrown on top of the slushie. After noticing my HOMER was unmixed and missing sprinkles, I politely asked one of the young ladies to add sprinkles, as i really look forward to the sweet addition of colorful sprinkies in my HOMER. She reluctantly grabbed my sundae from me and proceeded to rudely throw a scoop sprinkles on top w/out mixing anything together. Usually, I don’t mind things like this but as someone who also works in the service industry, I never allow my personal feelings to effect the quality of my service to others… especially making comments about not making enough tips in front of customers. When I’m spending $20 for three items and including a tip, I expect more. I guess I’m just sad this happened at my favorite ice cream joint, as I am now unsure if I can confidently say Briq’s is my go to spot for delicious ice cream and amazing service.

The service on July 7th 2024 was horrible. The 2 girls working that night were horrible. We got our ice cream unblended and missing ingredients we paid for. Also heard the girls deliberately say “I guess we aren’t getting much for tips tonight” under their breath (after being tipped by us). Pretty upset because briqs is always a good spot and they usually do amazing! Pretty upset

Parking: Weird layout, one way traffic flow. Fine if everybody follows the flow, but adherence is variable in the summer.

Kid-friendliness: Don’t think my kid has ever disliked anything we’ve ever had here.

So disappointed! I had visited Briq's in Wasau maybe 2 weeks ago, loved it and was so excited and looking forward to the opportunity to do again. I had really bragged it up to my other daughter who would join me this time. My hot fudge shake was barely chocolatey at all. Her death by chocolate flurry was not very chocolatey either (these were the same items my other daughter and I had had in Wasau). Her large cup wasn't close to full, and was served with a short spoon! I'm not sure how to add a photo. So disappointing after anticipating the yummy treats like we had experienced before:-(
