Right when we walked in the door, we were greeted in a professional and friendly manner. Jake, a sales rep at Stengl, demonstrated his knowledge of the boats they carry when walking us through different Barletta Pontoons. Stengl has been great to work with! I spoke with Bill initially and then Jake Van Hefty and both excel at customer service. Bill answered all my questions on a Saturday and gave me a very fair price on the boat. Being 5 hours away from the dealership I wasn’t able to inspect the boat in person so Jake did a video call with me and went over every inch of the boat!
