I have had such a GREAT experience here! The staff is attentive and friendly and the drink quality delicious and consistent. I get an Americano always- so I can really taste the coffee itself and it’s always well done. Thank you Minocqua Caribou!

I placed a mobile order online for pick up, and the order never went through to the location, and my order was not ready, though I was charged. The order needed to be made again and was a stress on me and the staff. Hopefully this situation can be rectified if the location intends to continue to accept mobile orders.

Only get to have Caribou when I visit the area as it isn't in my area.Love the flavors of the mochas here. Turtle mocha was my fav this time. I'm not a coffee drinker normally so I'm one of the ones that gets the super sugary coffees that are more like desserts. Lol.This location is quite large with plenty of places to sit and do work/study. They have space available for large study groups and a couple quieter spaces for individuals or small groups to sit together.
