A friend from out of town and I visited for the 1st time as I heard such good reviews from friends. They weren't lying we went on Thursday for the wings special, I got traditional and my friend got the breaded along with crinkle fries. Everything was amazing! I asked what a 1st timer should try and the wonderful bartender suggested their white cheese curds so I added an order. SHE WASN'T KIDDING, very close to the ones we love back home. Leftovers I heated up in my air...
My wife had shrimp and waffle fries and I guess she liked them. Oh they were tailless shrimp, That's what she said. I had a Reuben sandwich and I had deep fried cheese curds with it cuz fries didn't come with a sandwich. I don't know what our waitress's name was but another waitress came through to help us and she was really friendly and we enjoyed talking with her. I believe she said her name was Amy! Very friendly and outgoing and very helpful.
Ordered a taco pizza. There really wasn't anything taco about it, it was just beef crumbles (no taco seasoning) and was cooked with the lettuce and tomato on it, I've never seen that before (it might be a local thing but definitely not Midwest or east coast norm so don't expect that) the soggy burnt lettuce was not cool. Stale taco chips (maybe a half dozen) crushed on top of what really was a beef lettuce and tomato pizza. ??♂️
