Somebody messed up my order as I called ahead of time for a timed order. I arrived there and the kitchen manager was very apologetic and made me fresh food as my order nor call couldn't be found. I showed him what I ordered n confirmed the right number which was the monona location... More business like this bdubs needs to be recognized as the workers were very understanding. Definitely a 5 out of 5 review

My brother and I were largely ignored until it was time for the bill to come. I was given flat soda, and it was like pulling teeth to get anything we needed. I don't think we'll be visiting anytime soon. You're better off getting food to go, which is a little overpriced...
