Great job yesterday with dollar subs... Amazing team work... very organized... very clean considering all of the people... I was out in 10 min tops and our subs were fantastic... kudos Monona store!
I’ve never been so shocked by the unprofessionalism of employees at a restaurant. To start, my food was delicious, so I have no complaints about the quality of the food itself.

Excellent customer service - I messed up a catering order (totally my fault) and the staff reached out to me and assisted me. Spoke to their manager as well who went above and beyond to help the customer! I did not get any names but please take care of them!
