I've been to this location a few times and it's always been, at minimum, okay. We had an above-average visit there last night. Staff was patient as my children figured out their orders and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, asking if we wanted water cups and offering to double wrap an overflowing burrito (a testament to good portion sizes and responsive team members). Their portions are always great when I go to chipotle. I work in food service, so I appreciate someone who goes above & beyond for customers.

However, it’s not the type of place to knock your socks off with how good it is. More like Mexican fast food that’s just mid.

I usually have a good experience with decent portions and friendly staff, but this time was different. I had asked clearly for Double of the honey chicken, of which I got half of it as regular chicken, before she realized what I said. Then proceeded to add cheese onto my bowl of which I never asked for. Employee seemed extremely grumpy and unhappy with herself.
